A little bit about Ollie ….  Ollie is a lovely young dog. He is described as happy, contented, and very waggy!

Energy Requirements:  Ollie’s fosterers have been building up his stamina and increasing his exercise gradually. He loves playing ball.

Training:  Ollie’s fosterers have been introducing more training with Ollie. He pulls on the lead and his fosterers have been working on that.

Visiting the vet: Ollie has had his routine health-check in foster and has no known health conditions. His ears need to be kept clean. He is up to date now with his vaccinations. Please note –Ollie will go to his new home with a contract to be neutered once settled.

Travelling:  Ollie likes to travel on the back seat in the car, secured and clipped in.

Food: Currently being fed grain free kibble.

Sleep:  Ollie likes to sleep at the bottom of the bed.

Behavioural issues:  Ollie likes lots of company and has some separation anxiety if left alone. Behavioural support is available to manage this.

Home needs: Ollie would like a calm but active home, with access to a secure garden and interesting and varied walks. He needs someone around most of the time. He is fine with older children and could live with another dog once successfully introduced. He would also be fine as the only dog.

Ongoing support: Springer Rescue for Scotland will be available for any support with your new dog and can offer behavioural support in case of any problems that may arise on adopting a dog.

Please do not express interest in Ollie of you are going on holiday in the next 4-6 weeks.
